Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free Listings

Basic listings are free. Business owners can request corrections or claim a listing without paying.

Paid Listings

Paid plans are intended for businesses that want additional visibility, profile features, lead capture, analytics, posting tools, and support.

Assisted Setup

Paid subscriptions are available through online checkout. Assisted setup requests may be coordinated with the site operator, but billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms follow the Stripe checkout or written invoice terms shown at purchase time.

Cancellation

After billing is enabled, subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future billing and may downgrade the listing at the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If a billing issue occurs, contact hello@daviscounty411.com within 7 days. Refunds are reviewed case by case, especially for duplicate charges, accidental upgrades, or service setup issues.
